Transmission Line Tower

Kaziranga is into Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Sector since inception. We manufacture entire range of Transmission Line Towers used in power Transmission & Distribution (T&D), having manufacturing facility at Chaygaon with a fabrication and galvanizing capacity of 3000 MT per annum.

It has successfully supplied Transmission Line Towers in North Eastern States. Initially intended to manufacture Transmission Line Towers, today it produces and galvanizes Telecommunication Towers as well as Substation Structures and Distribution Line Material.

It also supplies Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for Solar Projects.

Fabrication & Installation Of Steel Elevated Water Tank Tower

We are manufacturing and installing the Elevated MS Structures for Water Tanks for the Public Health Engineering Department under various schemes started by Central and State Government for Water Distribution. The capacity of the water tanks can range from 500 L to 338 KL and the staging is manufactured accordingly. We have successfully supplied and installed various elevated structures across the state of Assam at present. Under our Honorable Prime Minister's "Har Ghar Jal" and "Jal Jeevan Mission" Yojna this is our endeavour to support the Nation building initiative and Vocal for Local Mantra.

Substation Structures

Substation Structures being one of our specialities, we manufacture a wide variety of outdoor electrical substation structures, including lattice, tubular and wide-flange steel support designs. Fabrication of substation structure elements often utilizes complex full or partial penetration welding, processes we have successfully performed repeatedly through the years. We specialize in structures requiring pre-qualified welding.

Prefabricated Building Structure

We design Warehouse and industrial shed structural part - that is PEB structure. It is designed by our professionals. Built-up parts are fabricated at the factory to exact size, transported to site and assembled at site. We use latest machines and cutting-edge technology and offer fabrication service as per the requirement of our clients. This type of Structural Concept is generally used to build Industrial Buildings, Metro Stations, Warehouses etc.

Earthing Strips

We bring forth a range of earthing strips in various sizes and specifications to meet the diverse requirements of the clients. Their thickness may vary from 3mm to 6mm and width from 15mm to 100mm. Our strips are made of good quality MS Iron and impeccable Galvanizing. The strips have good thermal and electrical conductivity. Cable Tray

Our expertise lies in designing cable trays and raceways as per customer’s requirement and providing these all over India and abroad. Cable tray system comprising cable trays and associated fittings forms a rigid structure used to securely fasten and support cables. These can be used both overhead and underground. Use of cable trays makes maintenance and replacement of cables much easier and enhances the life of cables.

Types of Cable Trays

We deal in both Ladder-Type cable trays and Perforated Types cable trays. Their perforations allow air circulation and drainage and also entry/exit points for small cables. Normally these are kept open at top. However, if required, we can also provide their cover for extra protection. Cable tray cover has no perforations.

Cable trays are commonly made of galvanized steel, stainless steel cable trays. Depending on load of cables, the thickness of cable trays may vary from 1 mm to 4 mm. Hot dip galvanized (recommended for indoor / outdoor use)
