Kaziranga, is an engineering and manufacturing company. Incorporated in 2009, it began its journey in 2015 and since then Kaziranga has emerged as a prominent player in Power and Telecom Sector.

ISO 9001:2015 certified; we manufacture Galvanized Steel Structures including Transmission Line Towers, Substation Structures, Telecom Towers, Distribution Line Material, Solar Panel Mounting Structures, Galvanized Angles, Channel and Clamps, Earthing Material, GI Strips and Galvanized Grating etc. We offer a one stop hardware solution for all structural needs in Power Distribution and Telecom Sector.We are one among the very few galvanizing plants based in North East region.We project ourselves as an enthusiastic and dedicated company which promises to serve in all its capacity and above.In a very short span of time, we have established ourselves as a prominent player in the industry and will continue to work with our motto Prosperity with Power.

Company Profile
State-of-the-art Plant

KGPL has a 3000 capacity MTPA Galvanized Steel Structures manufacturing unit strategically located at Chaygaon, Guwahati, Assam. The plant is equipped with the latest machines for fabrication of Structures and temperature controlled environment for galvanization of tower members.

Fabrication Process

Qualified Engineers and Technicians work with highly skilled labour force to read the drawings, punch, stamp and cut steel. Heavy duty machines perform even the heaviest of operations without distortion.

Galvanizing Process

The furnace is controlled by microprocessors to give control on the bath temperature. The drying plate uniformly dries and pre-heats the steel, which removes spurting and gives an excellent surface finish to the product. Our factory has got one of the best (size 3.5m x .8m x 1m) galvanising bath facility available with tower manufacturing companies and uses the environment friendly methods.

Testing Facility

We, at Kaziranga Galvanizers have a in house testing laboratory with a capacity to measure mechanical and chemical properties of the raw material and finished goods. Be it Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, Substation Structures or Distribution line Material including Galvanized Angle( or GI Angle), Galvanized Channels( or GI Channel), Galvanized Clamps(or GI Clamps), Earthing Material, GI Strips, GI Cross ARM.
